Ms. Kelley has a degree in paralegal studies from University of New Orleans, 1992

Licensed Notary Public since 2002;

20+ years’ experience in assisting attorneys in all aspects of a law practice including: assistance in trial preparation; drafting pleadings; exchanging information with clients in the discovery process; client billing; and office management.

Ms. Kelley has been a vital asset to the Miles firm since 2001 as Terri’s right hand.

Chelsea Kiefer

Chelsea Kiefer has joined the firm with Terri Miles as an associate, and will be assisting Terri with client interviews, drafting pleadings, and court appearances if necessary.  Chelsea was in the top third of her class at Loyola Law School where she participated in the Family Law Clinic and moot court. We are very pleased to have her at the firm and know she will be a valuable asset to us.

Ali Shahlaei who is “of counsel” with my office; same address and phone as mine; does personal injury and general civil litigation of a vast variety of cases; he has the lowest contingency rate anywhere for personal injury cases; where most attorneys charge 33 1/3 up to 50% of anything recovered for the client; he only charges 25%. No one else does that.

Terri M Miles is originally from Monroe Louisiana where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Northeast Louisiana University anticipating working in the juvenile justice system. When Terri’s spouse, David, encouraged her to attend law school, the family relocated their home to New Orleans where she graduated from Tulane Law School in 1992. Terri clerked at the U. S. Attorney’s Office in New Orleans while attending Tulane and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 1992.
